Return Policy & Exchange Policy
We will gladly accept returns of Full-Price merchandise purchased directly through our corporately owned Retail stores or www.lillypulitzer.com for a refund or store credit that have not been worn, altered, or washed, with the original tags attached. Swimwear returns MUST be in original condition, with the hygienic liner intact. Footwear MUST be in their original condition. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
Hanky Panky products MUST have original tags and have not been worn to be considered for returns.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
Please note: When returning orders that include a Gift with Purchase, the Gift with Purchase MUST be returned to receive a full refund to your original form of payment. When exchanging an item of equal or lesser value, the Gift with Purchase may be kept.
Refund: A refund for the purchase price, less any applicable return shipping charges, will be provided to the purchaser’s credit card, when the merchandise is received within 30 days from the date of shipment. Refunds may take up to 7 days to appear depending on your banking/credit institution. (Note: If a purchase is made with a Lilly Pulitzer® Gift Card or e-gift certificate, the refund will be issued as an e-gift certificate).
Store Credit: A store credit, in the form of an e-gift certificate, for the purchase price less any applicable return shipping charges, will be provided when merchandise is received after 30 days up to 90 days from the date of shipment. (Note: E-Gift Certificates are only redeemable at www.lillypulitzer.com and Lilly Pulitzer corporate retail stores.)
Returning a Gift: A store credit will be issued when merchandise is received within 90 days from the date of shipment, and a copy of a corporate Retail Store receipt or LillyPulitzer.com order number is provided. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items purchased at Major department stores, Specialty Shops or Signature Stores.
We cannot provide a refund or store credit for items returned over 90 days from the date of shipment. Upon receipt of returned goods, Lilly Pulitzer reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Pre-Paid, Pre-Addressed UPS shipping label: Click HERE to print a pre-paid, pre-addressed UPS shipping label. Affix this label to the outside of your package, making sure to cover any other barcodes or shipping labels. No additional postage or notification is required. There will be $7 deducted from your refund. This can be dropped off at any UPS store, drop box or authorized dealer. Visit www.UPS.com for locations.
As always, exchanges are free and will not be charged for use of this label.
Other Return Methods: If you do not wish to use our pre-addressed label, you may choose to use any trackable, insured shipping method of your choice. The cost of the freight must be pre-paid at the point of shipment. Lilly Pulitzer® is not responsible for any returns not received.
Ground-Only Shipping Restrictions: Certain items or gifts with purchase in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials are as follows: aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, hairspray, nail polish, and items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals. As required by the the U.S. Department of Transportation, these items are eligible for ground-only shipping and cannot be shipped via air freight.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect Item from www.lillypulitzer.com, please report the items within 7 days of receipt and we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Please follow the instructions above for returning your damaged or incorrect item and indicate this on the return form. You will not be charged for using our shipping label.
Missing packages must be reported within 14 days from the stated delivery date, as indicated by FedEx.com, in order to investigate and replace your order.
A one-time price adjustment will be granted on a Full Price item, when an original invoice or order confirmation from www.lillypulitzer.com is presented within 14 days of the purchase date. Items not purchased at Full Price are not eligible for price adjustments.
