Account Executive; We are looking for an Account Executive to build the business and manage the company’s specialty store account base for the Midwest. This King of Prussia based position requires retail planning and account management. The Account Executive must have 3-4 years of experience selling branded apparel and have a proven record of success. The ideal Account Executive must know and have an understanding of Lilly Pulitzer product and brand positioning. Travel is necessary.
Distribution Center
Distribution Center Associate - Full Time or Part Time; The successful candidate will be responsible to know how to perform functions such as receiving, stocking, picking, ticketing, and counting for physical inventory checks. The position requires candidates to be on their feet for 8 hours a day and the candidate must have the ability to lift boxes weighing as much as 40 lbs. This position will be based out of our King of Prussia Distribution Center. This position is considered part-time and is eligible for over-time hours. After 90 days candidates may apply for a full-time position. Flexible schedule is available. A high school diploma is preferred. One plus year of distribution center experience preferred. Forklift experience is a plus.
Merchandising
Director of Merchandising; We seek an energetic, talented Merchandising Director with extensive experience in the contemporary market with overall vision. The Director of Merchandising will integrate information pertaining to creative direction, fashion design, fashion trends, marketing direction and positioning, production sourcing capabilities, sales goals and how merchandise structurally appears on retail selling floors to achieve sales and profitability. The Merchandising Director will work directly with the Senior Vice President of Product to execute these goals. Awareness of fashion trends, resort lifestyle and the Lilly Pulitzer® customer is critical. A Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising or a related field, plus 8-10 years prior experience is required. Position is based in King of Prussia, PA. International and domestic travel is required.
