At Lilly Pulitzer, we're all about leading a colorful life, and this year we're absolutely inspired by everything GREEN! It's literally the color of life, which got us thinking about our delicate planet and how we can protect it. That's why we're dedicating this year to supporting and raising awareness to everything we love about Mother Nature. We're kicking off our green year with something very near and dear to us: the ocean.

We're proud to announce our partnership with Ocean Conservancy, a group dedicated to promoting healthy and diverse ocean ecosystems and opposing practices that threaten ocean and human life. Through research, education, and science-based advocacy, Ocean Conservancy informs, inspires, and empowers people to speak and act on behalf of the oceans.

This season, Lilly Pulitzer prints are inspired by the ocean, its creatures and the beauty that surrounds it. We have titled our Resort 2009 Collection: “Escape to the Water’s Edge.” This collection will raise funds and awareness for our good friends at the Ocean Conservancy. No one works harder for the deep blue sea than they do!

It’s time to go green by living blue! Around the world, everyday items like bottle caps, bags and wrappers litter our waterways and coastlines. Trash doesn’t fall from the sky, it falls from our hands. This is one environmental problem that Lilly Lovers worldwide can easily help prevent!
