After washing it, I was putting in back in the cabinet and it rolled off of the counter onto the floor and it immediately cracked and is now unusable. After one short drop, It broke too easily for a $15 cup. So sad for such a cute cup. May 4, 2013

The plastic seal ring around the lid came off relatively soon after I got it and so it doesn't seal that well. I'll keep using it though because the print I chose is so lovely (Lily's Pink Garden by the Sea). May 2, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 Cute but bad lid First of all I LOVE Lilly and I was so excited for this tumbler. It is cute and came really fast. It did come without a straw but I called costumer service and they sent me one right away. Every experience I have had with Lilly customer service has been a good one and I couldn't make one complaint. The problem with this tumbler is that the lid wont stay on at all. If you had another lid you could swap it out for then I would recommend this because it is adorable. However the lid situation is horrible so I cant give it a good review. April 22, 2013

Let me start by saying that my daughter has had quite a few of these, and they have always been perfect, but this one has a problem with the lid. It wont stay on. Rated 1 out of 5 by So sad I had to throw it away after 1 use Unfortunately this is the 2nd tumbler I had to buy within 1 week as both were defective. Something was cracked on the inside and whatever I put into the tumbler leaked in between the plastic layers. No matter how I tried to get the excess liquid out, I couldn't. I unfortunately had put some V8 juice in there and when I could not get it out from in between the layers of plastic, it molded. There has to have been some sort of small crack in each cup that allowed some liquid to leak between :( I never really got to use it. April 17, 2013
