Rated 2 out of 5 by Unflattering I'm not a fan of this dress. Even though the length was right and the ruffles were cute it wasn't flattering at all. I'm curvy but slim, and it gave me lots of extra volume in the waist/tummy area. Even with the waist belt it still wasn't flattering. April 20, 2013
