I bought this dress for my graduation and it was perfect! I got so many compliments and i love that i can still wear it on other occasions and incorporate it into my daily outfits too, the colours make it very versatile and easy to match.

I wrote recent review on the LIz Shift Dress I also purchased with this Fryer SHift. ( Liz Shift is the lovely one with lace down the front with pockets). I LOVE BOTH DRESSES! Reviewing "Fryer Shft Dress" now.
I am 66 yrs old, 5'1" and weigh 115lbs I got size 8 and fit was great. But since I am petite, the length is always bit too long since I wear these in the tropics/Caribbean. I had to alter the hem up about 1". For those who are average height and wear Misses sizes, this dress would fit fine!
I WISH LILLY WOULD BRING BACK THE "PETITE" LINE. In the good old days, when Lilly had the PETITES, I did not have to alter anything. But I was also a size 4 petite then! ( now 6-8)
The Fryer Shift is fun, comfortable and makes you look thinner and taller than you are and as a petite old lady, this was the BEST! The pretty trimming on either side plus the horizontal trim under the chest elongates you! Great design and so pretty!
The fabric in FRyer dress is bit lighter than Liz Shift and this was perfect -cooler and makes one look thinner. As with all Lillys, I love the feminine touches/details or lace or trimming in special places to hide, help and accentuate the feminine form.
I only wear LIllys when in the tropics on vacation. The warm feminine colors and details are what makes Lillys so special and unique and fun to wear! Best of all with both Fryer and LIz Shift - the BACK . I love the pretty backside..............I love the front being simple, covered up and classic/elegant,
But the wonderful twist is always ' a surprise' with an interesting more open back done with the Lilly details! 99% of my Lillys dresses over the years all have "interesting /open" backs! I just love them!
I got this Fryer in pink/green color but it is also very pretty in the greenish/yellow color. I had a very hard time deciding............which to buy . But I ended up buying Fryer in pink/green because I purchased the Liz Shift ( same time) in yellow/green /cintron color and did not want to have 2 new Lillys with almost similar colors.
No matter what color, this Fryer Shift is a WINNER!
PS - you can wear this w/flip flops, jack rogers sandals, or espadrilles depending on location/event.

Rated 4 out of 5 by ajstadiem great dress that can be dressed up or down.
Fit is a little tight in the bust but it is a great dress that can go from the office, to dinner, to church.

Little on the smaller side in certain areas of the dress... but is very flattering due to the piping in the middle and on the sides! Very classy and slick dress.

Rated 5 out of 5 by lillygrace17 Great Dress for Summer!
I absolutely adore this dress! It is such a fun combination of colors for a summer day and a very flattering style. The only problem for me is that the strap are a bit too long and the low back doesn't completely cover my bra, but an alteration can fix it! I highly recommend this dress for anyone!

Rated 5 out of 5 by LillyAmbassador Try it on!
I wasn't going to try this on but boy am I glad that I did! It fits great and is such a fun dress. I wore this for Easter and it was perfect.
It is a great lenght, cut and even the straps are strategically placed to hide your bra straps (good job designers).
This is a dress that is versatile - it can be casual for play or take it to dinner with a pair of heels.
Pair it with a sweater for a chilly office!
