When can I shop the After Party Sale?

The After Party Sale begins at 8AM ET on Monday, August 22 2016 and ends at 11:59PM ET on Tuesday, August 23, 2016. Lilly Pulitzer owned retail stores also participate in the After Party Sale.

I have a promo code - can I use this on my After Party Sale purchase?

No, all promo codes are invalid during the After Party Sale.

What's your return policy on After Party Sale items?

All After Party Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Read the full return policy here.

Can I purchase non-sale merchandise during the sale?

Yes. You can purchase directly from our website www.lillypulitzer.com as you normally would or you can call Customer Service at 1-888-725-4559 for assistance.

Can I shop in a Lilly Pulitzer store for sale merchandise too?

Yes, our Lilly Pulitzer corporate retail stores are also participating in the After Party Sale. If you have your eye on a specific item, call ahead. All items online will not be in all retail stores.

How should I choose my size?

Fill out a TrueFit profile to get a suggested size in any given style. You should also use your best judgement and previous experience with the brand and product to make your decision, as these size guides are based on industry averages and sizing may vary based on personal preference.

Can I shop on my phone or tablet?

Yes! You can access our After Party Sale from any and all internet-capable devices, or you can shop using our iOS app. Be sure to update to the latest version for the best experience.

Is it worth calling out sick for the After Party Sale?

100% YES. This is a preventative measure - as if you miss out on the dress you have been eyeing up for months, you will most likely not be able to get out of bed. Save yourself the sorrow.

Is the After Party really the best party of the year?

Well, we party all year long - with hot prints, cool styles and a little glitz. The After Party is the end all be all - everyone must come and see - event of the year. Don't miss it. You'll regret it. Shop early + often.

Should I employ my husband/boyfriend/neighbor/bestie/child/mother to also shop for me during the sale?

If you have the right social circle, yes. Divide and conquer. Be aware of best friends and daughters who share your love of Lilly (and your size) - they can be sneaky - that said, with the right team on your side, you should be able to snap up all of your Lilly loves.

What's the fastest way to checkout during the sale?

For the smoothest checkout experience, create an account beforehand. You'll enter your name, email address, and shipping information. Be sure to enter a valid US shipping address that can accept packages for up to 2-3 weeks after the sale. Please double (and triple!) check all your personal information - Lilly Pulitzer® is not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses. Click here to create your account.

I just placed an order, but I want to change a size or color. How can I do that?

Changes or amendments cannot be made to orders that have already been placed, so double-check your order thoroughly before you confirm your purchase to avoid any issues.

I had an item in my tote, but it disappeared! What happened?

Just because an item is in your tote does not mean it is reserved. You must completely check-out and pay before the product is unavailable to other shoppers. Due to high volumes of orders, inventory availability is not guaranteed. You can easily check your order status by clicking "Order Status" at the bottom of our website. Enter your order number and your billing zip code. Click here to check your order status now.

I see a charge on my card, but my order is still processing. What's going on?

If your order has not yet shipped, you're seeing a pre-authorization hold. We won't actually charge your card until your order has left our warehouse. This pre-authorization hold acts as a placeholder to ensure there are adequate funds in your account before your items are sent out.

Can I use an international credit card to make my purchase?

Please call Customer Service to place your order at 1-888-725-4559 to make a purchase with your international credit card.

How long will it take for my order to process and ship?

Due to a high volume of orders, it may take longer than usual for your order to process. Demand during the After Party Sale is very high – we work day and night to get your new goodies out the door, but please be patient! You will receive a ship­ping confirmation email when your package leaves our warehouse. It may take at least 3 weeks for your package to arrive on your doorstep. We promise—it will be well worth the wait!

Can you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box, Military or Puerto Rico address?

Yes, you can ship to all of these addresses, however for military we only accept APO/FPO. Note: FedEx SmartPost is required for all of these address types and will automatically revert to this at the time of shipment and will result in additional days for delivery. (P.O. Box addresses typically take 7-10 days. Puerto Rico and Military addresses can take 15-25+ days for delivery)

Can I re-route my order to a different address after it has shipped?

We may be able to change your address after your order has been placed. Please contact Customer Service at 1-888-725-4559 to see if this option is available. Please note re-routing your package will delay the expected delivery date and there is a $12.50 re-routing fee, so please have your credit card and billing information available when you call

Can I pay for expedited shipping?

Due to high order volumes, expedited shipping will not be available.

Can I use expedited shipping on my order of full price merchandise during the sale?

Unfortunately due to the volume expected during the sale, expedited shipping will not be an option on any orders. Please call Customer Service at 1-888-725-4559 to see if there are other options to get you your Full Price merchandise quickly.
