Modifying Orders That Have Not Shipped
In an effort to ship your order in a timely manner the ability to cancel or modify an order is not always available. Did your order get canceled? Orders may be cancelled for a variety of reasons including lack of inventory or system error. If your order is canceled, we will notify you by email. Call us at 1.888.725.45591.888.725.4559 and we can help to reorder or find similar items.
Lilly Pulitzer reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of promotional codes or merchandise.

Modifying Orders That Have Already Shipped
Once your order has shipped there is little we can do to modify it. However, FedEx Delivery Manager offers a free program for customizing your delivery options. Sign up for free at FedEx.com to change delivery address, schedule a delivery time, request a vacation hold, sign for package, hold at a FedEx location and provide delivery instructions.
Some address edits will require an additional $13.00 or more re-route fee. FedEx fees may increase per shipping requirements.
