How to Complete a Return or Exchange

Any free promotional gifts must be sent back
When returning orders that include a Gift with Purchase, the Gift with Purchase MUST be returned to receive a full refund to your original form of payment. When exchanging an item of equal or lesser value, the Gift with Purchase may be kept.

Items eligible for return must have not been worn, altered, or washed, and have the original tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt or online confirmation order number.

We can only accept items purchased from our corporately owned retail stores or our website

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items purchased at Major department stores, Specialty Shops or Signature Stores.

Please note returns/exchanges may take up to 14 days to be processed.

Getting your Money Back

  • If received within 30 days of the original ship date, you will receive a full refund.

    When shipped with our pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label, we will deduct $7 from your refund.
  • If received within 31 - 90 days of the original ship date, you will receive an eGift Card.

    When shipped with our pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label, we will deduct $7 from the eGift Card refund amount.
  • If received past 90 days or marked as FINAL SALE, we will not process your return.

    If merchandise does not meet return policy requirements, Lilly Pulitzer® has the right to deny credit.
  • If returning a gift within 1-90 days of the original ship date, you will receive an eGift Card.

Need to Exchange an Item?

  • Exchanges will be accepted within 1-90 days of the original ship date.

    Exchanges are free and will not be charged for use of the pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label.
  • To exchange, follow the steps above by first filling out the exchange form in the Step 1 box.

    If you need to expedite an exchange, it’s recommended that you place a new order and send back your original order as a return. Questions about an exchange? Call Customer Service at 1-888-725-4559.

Missing or Damaged Goods

  • If you have received incorrect or damaged items, please contact customer service within 7 days so that we can replace or take back these items for a full refund.

  • If you suspect your package is missing, please contact customer service within 14 days of the expected delivery date so that we can contact FedEx to investigate.

Price Adjustments

A one-time price adjustment will be granted on a Full Price item when an original invoice or order confirmation from is presented within 14 days of the purchase date. Items not purchased at Full Price are not eligible for price adjustments.

Ground-Only Shipping Restrictions

Certain items or gifts with purchase in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials are as follows: aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, hairspray, nail polish, and items containing flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals. As required by the U.S. Department of Transportation, these items are eligible for ground-only shipping and cannot be shipped via air freight.
