It’s hard to name the best part of a day on vacation, we do have to say, enjoying a no-rush AM workout before the day gets going can be a highlight. Walking, cycling, or playing tennis all get your endorphins going which can make you feel even more upbeat and positive—and we’re all about that, anything to bring out our inner HAPPY.
When you’re on vacation, at your beach house, or enjoying a sunny day with friends, there’s always room to get moving. So, whether it’s a coffee run or a salsa around the dance floor, we’ve compiled our top 5 favorite ways to be active, and our recommendations of what to wear. Let’s get MOVING.

Walk to get your morning coffee- Throw on some sunglasses and walk into town in search of a cup of local coffee. Grab your dog or your girlfriends—good company, a conversation, and coffee is the perfect start to the day.

What to Wear

Try a new class- If you’re on vacation, ask around to learn about the best workout classes in the area. Or if you’re a local and have your normal routine, try something new! Fill up your water bottle—there’s nothing like working up a sweat that makes you want to run and jump right into the ocean.

Bike ride to lunch- If you’re lucky enough to be in a place where you can bike to a lunch spot, DO IT. Throw your wallet into a beach cruiser basket and pedal to the metal. On the lunch menu? A lobster roll and a fresh squeezed lemonade… YUM.
