Also, I bought this belt to wear around my hips with jeans, and my suggestion to you is that if you are a 4/6 get the M/L because it will work on the very last hole. I haven't yet worn it around my waist (bc i don't have a dress that would match with neon pink color) but I think it would be great and easy to make smaller if need be. It's alright quality, for paying $48 I would have liked the ribbon to be a bit sturdier. April 30, 2013

I found it runs a bit small so if you are on the borderline of sizes I would consider going up a size. It is a fantastic accessory to have in your closet, especially if you have the Kat kitten heels or the McKims in this color.
