What is Club Lilly?

Club Lilly is our free U.S. loyalty program for Lilly customers. In this points-based program, you accumulate points toward Lilly rewards. The more you shop, the more rewards you will earn and benefits you will unlock.

What are the benefits of Club Lilly?

There are so many benefits to being a member of Club Lilly! These include earning points on qualifying Lilly Pulitzer owned stores, website and app purchases, early access to select new releases, surprise offers, referral rewards, a birthday treat, and much more!

How do I sign up for the Club Lilly loyalty program?

Joining is easy and free to individual U.S. residents 18 years or older. It only takes a few minutes to sign up online or in stores. You must provide valid and accurate information, including first name, last name, email, and zip code, when joining. You may enroll online via the Lilly Pulitzer website or app or in stores at checkout. Once you have signed up, log in to your Club Lilly account to start earning points with every qualifying purchase.

Are there tier levels in Club Lilly?

There are no Club Lilly program tiers. As a member, the more you spend, the more points you will earn.

How do I earn points?

For every $1.00 spent on qualifying Lilly Pulitzer purchases, after applied promotional offers and discounts and before taxes, shipping, and fees, you will earn 1 point. When you earn 500 points, your points will be automatically converted into a $10 reward.

On select Bonus Point Days throughout the year, members can earn bonus points on their purchases, which will get you to your next point reward even faster. Make sure you are signed up for marketing emails to be alerted to these special occasions!

For online purchases at lillypulitzer.com, you will earn points on qualifying purchases if you are logged in to your Club Lilly account at checkout. For Lilly Pulitzer owned store purchases, you will earn points on qualifying purchases when you identify the email account associated with your Club Lilly account.

What is a qualifying purchase?

All qualifying purchases made on the Lilly Pulitzer website and app following your enrollment in Club Lilly will accrue points. Qualifying purchases made in Lilly Pulitzer owned stores beginning May 2, 2023, and following your enrollment in Club Lilly will also accrue points. Purchases of gift cards, monogramming, gift wrapping, and charitable products and contributions are not eligible to earn points. Taxes, shipping and handling charges, fees and the amount of any purchases paid for by redeeming gift cards, Club Lilly rewards, or other promotional offers are not eligible to be included in the amount of a qualifying purchase for the purpose of calculating points. However, if you redeem a gift card or Club Lilly reward to pay for a portion of a qualifying purchase, any remaining amount of the purchase price you pay after the gift card or Club Lilly reward has been applied will be eligible to earn points.

Do I earn Club Lilly points at Lilly Pulitzer Signature Stores or anywhere else Lilly Pulitzer products are sold?

No, you will only earn Club Lilly points for purchases on the Lilly Pulitzer website and app or in owned stores as of May 2, 2023.

Will I be eligible to earn points on past Lilly Pulitzer purchases?

Purchases made prior to your enrollment in the Club Lilly program will not be eligible for Club Lilly points or benefits. Even if you have an existing account, purchases made before March 20, 2023, or enrollment will not be eligible for Club Lilly points or benefits. In-store purchases are not eligible for earning points if the transaction occurred before May 2, 2023, and/or your enrollment in Club Lilly since that date.

I enrolled in Club Lilly immediately after making a purchase. Why am I not earning points?

Purchases made prior to enrollment do not count towards earning Club Lilly loyalty points. You must enroll prior to checkout or making a purchase and be signed into that account or identified as a Club Lilly member via your in-store customer profile in order for the purchase to be eligible to earn points.

How do I know how many points I have?

Simply sign into your Club Lilly account on the Lilly Pulitzer website or app to view your dashboard, which contains your points, benefits, and rewards information.

Will I see my points immediately after a purchase?

It can take up to 72 hours after an order ships or Lilly Pulitzer owned store purchase is made for points to show up in your Club Lilly account. After making a return, allow for up to 72 hours after processing your points balance to reflect any changes.

Why am I not seeing any points earned for my transaction?

This could be for a few reasons:
  1. The escrow period is still active after your online order ships or in-store purchase is made so it may take up to 72 hours for your points to display in your dashboard.
  2. You made a purchase as a guest user online or did not identify as a loyalty member in store when making your purchase. You must be signed into your Lilly Pulitzer digital account associated with your Club Lilly loyalty account when making a purchase online in order for the transaction to be eligible for accruing points. In stores, the associate must pull up your customer profile associated with your Club Lilly account in order for the transaction to accrue points.
You have not yet enrolled in Club Lilly. Having a Lilly Pulitzer digital account and/or having an email on file in stores are not synonymous with having a Club Lilly loyalty account. You must personally opt into the loyalty program and accept Terms & Conditions either in-store at point of sale or online via the account page in order for your Club Lilly account to be created. Purchases prior to opting into Club Lilly will not count towards earning points. You may only have one Club Lilly account associated with your name, phone number, and email so ensure you are using your preferred email when opting in.

Can I transfer my points to someone else?

Points and rewards are non-transferable.

Can my points or rewards be exchanged for cash?

No, points or rewards do not have any cash value and cannot be sold, cashed out or exchanged for cash.

When do my points expire?

Points which have not been automatically converted into a reward will expire on December 31 of the second calendar year after the points were earned. For example, points earned on May 15, 2023, will expire on December 31, 2025, if they have not been converted to a reward. Once points are automatically converted to a reward, those points will be deducted from your total points balance.

What happens if I return an item that I earned points for purchasing?

If you return an item for which you earned points, then the corresponding points you earned for that item will be deducted from your current points balance to the extent there are available points in your account.

What happens if I return part of an order or an entire order that I used a reward on?

Rewards are applied to a specific product within your order at checkout. If you return the item in your order to which a reward was applied prior to the original expiration date of that reward, a new reward of the same amount will be issued upon processing the return. Allow for up to 72 hours following return processing for rewards to show up in your Club Lilly dashboard. If the original expiration date of the reward applied to the returned product has passed prior to the date of return, no points or rewards will be added or returned to your account when the product is returned.

Is there a physical Club Lilly card and/or a Club Lilly credit card?

There is not a physical Club Lilly card, nor is there a Club Lilly credit card.

Can I link multiple emails to my Club Lilly account?

No, you cannot link multiple emails to your Club Lilly account. You will only receive points for the email account you used to sign up for Club Lilly and are logged in to at checkout. We urge you to use a single email address for all transactions on lillypulitzer.com or the Lilly Pulitzer app to ensure you receive credit toward Club Lilly points and rewards for every qualifying purchase made going forward. My personal information has changed since I signed up for Club Lilly. How do I update it?

Most personal and contact details can be edited within your lillypulitzer.com My Account page. For fields that are non-editable (including your birthday), you can give us a call at (888) 725-4559 or send us an email at service@lillypulitzer.com.

How do I log in to Club Lilly if I cannot remember my password?

Your Lilly Pulitzer and Club Lilly account are the same once you enroll. Resetting your account password is easy! You can select the “forgot password” option when you try to sign in and we will send you an email with a link to reset your password. If you have any difficulty selecting the “forgot password” option, you can attempt on a different device or web browser. Make sure to check your spam or junk email folders if you do not see the Reset Password email in your main inbox. Once you have reset your password, you can sign in to view your Club Lilly dashboard and start shopping to earn points toward rewards! .

Do rewards expire?

Yes, rewards converted from points expire 90 days after issuance and referral rewards expire 30 days after issuance. When any Club Lilly rewards are added to your account, you will receive an email notification including the applicable expiration date of the reward.

How do I redeem my rewards?

Your points will automatically be converted to a $10 Point Reward when you earn 500 points. You can apply your available rewards in store, in cart and at checkout on lillypulitzer.com, or the Lilly Pulitzer app by logging in to your Club Lilly dashboard. Rewards are applied to the single eligible item in your cart that has the highest retail value, and partial or remainder rewards will not be applied or issued.

Can I stack my rewards with other offers?

Rewards may only be applied to full price qualifying purchases and may be ineligible to be combined with other promotional offers, subject to the terms of those other offers. If Lilly Pulitzer makes available select promotional offers which are eligible to be combined with Club Lilly rewards, then in those cases, Club Lilly rewards will always be applied first, and the order total will be recalculated prior to applying any other promotional offer. If you attempt to apply another promotional offer before applying a Club Lilly reward, your order total will be recalculated after you apply the Club Lilly reward, and the promotional offer will then be applied to the recalculated total.

Can I redeem my rewards during the Lilly Sunshine Sale?

No. At this time, rewards may not be redeemed during the Sunshine Sale, and your available rewards will be temporarily disabled during the limited time of the sale. However, you will be able to earn points on your Sunshine Sale purchase(s) that will count toward future rewards. Your available rewards will reappear when the sale concludes.

Why am I not receiving notifications of my active rewards and offers?

If these offers are displayed in your dashboard but not in email, SMS, or push notifications, it is likely because you have not opted into these notifications. You can opt into email, SMS, and/or push notifications by updating your communication preferences via the My Account page on the Lilly Pulitzer website or app. Note: You must make these communication preferences online in order for the opt-ins to work. Having an email and/or phone number on file in Lilly Pulitzer owned stores does not mean you are opted into notifications; they are for identification purposes or store-specific communications. To ensure that you are receiving all your current offers & rewards as well as notifications of upcoming Club Lilly events, opt into all marketing communications and notifications.

Why am I not receiving rewards and offers?

This could be for a few reasons:

You did not provide your birthday prior to the first calendar day of your birthday month. Birthday treat offers are sent on the first day of each month so you must enroll prior to your birthday month beginning in order to receive the birthday treat that year.

You have not qualified for the reward or offer. Some Club Lilly rewards such as surprise offers tailoring credits, and/or annual member gift are triggered based on your annual cumulative spend or previous purchases in the program. If you have not reached those spending thresholds or made purchases when you were not signed into Club Lilly then you may not be eligible to receive these benefits yet. Keep shopping as a Club Lilly member and you will qualify!

How do I receive my birthday treat?

If you haven’t already, log in to your Club Lilly account and add your birthday prior to the first day of your birthday month. A promotional code for the birthday treat will be emailed to you and will be accessible via your Club Lilly dashboard beginning on the first day of your birthday month. If you do not add your birthday until the first day or later of your birthday month, then you will not receive your birthday treat until the following calendar year. You can only enter one birthday per account.

Does my birthday treat expire after a certain amount of time?

Yes, your birthday treat will expire at 11:59 P.M. ET on the last calendar day of your birthday month. For example, if your birthday is in April, your birthday treat will expire April 30 at 11:59 P.M. ET.

How do friend referral rewards work?

As a member of Club Lilly, you are eligible to refer up to five new-to-Lilly customers per calendar year. When your referred friend who is not an existing Lilly Pulitzer digital customer clicks the unique referral link, creates a lillypulitzer.com account, opts in to join Club Lilly and then makes a qualifying purchase of $100 or more on lillypulitzer.com or via the app as their first Lilly Pulitzer purchase, both you and your friend (limited to five per calendar year) will each receive a $10 referral reward loaded into your Club Lilly account within 72 hours of the order being fulfilled. You can access your exclusive referral code and track your referral activity via your Club Lilly dashboard on the Lilly Pulitzer app or website. The referral benefit is digital-only, so it will not apply if your friend makes their first purchase in store. If the qualifying purchase amount of the referred Club Lilly member’s first purchase is less than $100, you and your referred friend will not receive a referral reward. At this time, you may only redeem referral rewards online or in the app. For full program details, please reference the Club Lilly Terms & Conditions.

What are tailoring credits and how do I redeem them?

Tailoring credits are an exclusive member benefit that unlocks when you have spent $1,000 or more within the calendar year as a Club Lilly member. Remember- you must be signed into your digital account associated with Club Lilly or identified as a Club Lilly member via your in-store customer profile in order for the purchases to count towards this cumulative spend.

When you reach the $1,000 spend level, your two tailoring credits will be issued and visible in your Club Lilly dashboard online and customer account in store. Make sure you are opted into email, SMS, and push notifications to get reward alerts.

You have 90 days from issuance before the tailoring credits expire. You must select to redeem them at checkout to have them applied to your purchase. If you return the item to which a tailoring credit was applied, that tailoring credit will not be reinstated. You are not required to have items tailored in order to redeem the tailoring credit, and Lilly Pulitzer is not responsible for tailoring or altering any merchandise. You may not return an item that has been tailored or altered in any way. Lilly Pulitzer is not responsible for any difference in price if the actual cost to tailor an item is greater than the tailoring credit.

How do surprise offers work?

Surprise offers are limited time offers that are issued based on past purchase behavior as a Club Lilly member. These offers will be featured in your Club Lilly dashboard, and you will receive notifications regarding the offer(s) if you are opted into email, SMS, and or push communications. These offers may vary in redemption length and what the offer is. They are meant to be personalized to you and what you love about shopping at Lilly!
