by Lillyaholic Might as well be my uniform
The solid popovers are not as soft and stretchy as the printed and they fit a bit more boxy because of it. I'm an 8/10 and can wear a small or medium. The previous seasons have gotten small holes in them after a few wears so i'm hoping the new (PINK) holds up better. Despite it's flaws, I'm still obsessed with it. I feel more dressed up and stylish than if I were to wear a regular sweatshirt so I practically live in these. They are perfect with shorts for CA summer evenings and in the fall and winter with a murfee.

I purchased this in Pink Hyacinth, which in person is somewhere between a pale pink and violet. The fabric is great, not too heavy to wear even during the summer so long as it's not 100 degrees. :)
You could easily layer this up for fall and winter or throw it on over a tank for spring and summer. Because the fabric isn't super thick it allows the sleeves to roll up well. It's definitely not fitted and runs slightly large, but I ordered my true size and it's perfectly comfy. The neck is very wide...I have to put my hair up when I wear this or it drives me crazy all day. The only change I would make is that it runs a little long on me. I expected it to fit like on the model since I have a long torso, but it's nearly past my hips. I imagine if you want it to fit like on the model you probably need to size down. Overall a great buy and I'm going to be purchasing more in other colors. It pairs well with the Beach Pant or Pippa Pant for comfy-chic travel attire.

I have this top in all the solid colors and one print. The print fit more snuggly than the solids. If you are in between sizes in Lilly, you could size down in the solids (very roomy).
The weight of the fabric is perfect for summer and I love that the zipper is long enough that it is easy to get on and off without messing one's hair.

Very comfy, but VERY roomy. I'm normally a Medium (Large if I was to layer), I got a small and there is still room to layer. It is particularly wide in the tummy/hip area. Kind of weird.
I love the extra long zipper-I can't pull it on and off and not messy up my hair or have to take off my ball cap. I got the navy and it goes perfect with a pair of Callahans!

Rated 5 out of 5 by PDCay6 So glad I purchased it!
This is a lightweight cotton pullover "sweatshirt" but with much more style. I got the XS and it fits perfectly but will not be putting it in the dryer. The arms are slim cut so Im afraid they'd shrink and be too tight. Wore it by itself and even with a tshirt it is fine. Could've maybe gone with the Small but the one I tried on in the store looked a little to big in the body for me since I knew I would be wearing it as a top and not as a jacket with layers with long sleeves underneath. (I'm 5'5', 115 ) I bought it in navy and hope they make more solids for spring. Wearing it with jeans now and will wear it with shorts in spring and in the a/c in the summer.

Honestly I was disappointed in the solid popover. They are definitely not cut like the patterned popover. The solid are boxier through the body and the sleeves are shorter. I am 5'7" and the sleeves were too short. I tried on the navy and pink, neither fit correctly. I have four patterned popovers and love them. I returned my solid.

Love this pullover! It is so comfortable to wear, but looks so put together... it's the best of both worlds! Paired with the Murfette Scarf it makes the perfect outfit on a breezy Chicago spring day.
