Will new styles be added online during the Lilly Sunshine Sale?
Yes! There will be new styles added during the sale. Club Lilly (our free loyalty program!) members get two-hour early access to new styles online on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, and Wednesday, September 11, 2024, from 11:00AM to 12:59PM ET. What is Club Lilly?
Club Lilly is our free U.S. loyalty program for Lilly customers. In this points-based program, you accumulate points toward Lilly rewards. The more you shop, the more rewards you will earn and benefits you will unlock. Make sure you’re signed up and signed in during the Sunshine Sale to earn points on your sale orders towards future rewards!
I have a promo code. Can I use this on my Lilly Sunshine Sale purchases?
No, all promo codes are invalid during the Sale including Club Lilly rewards and offers. Save any active offers to redeem on new Fall arrivals after the sale!
Can I redeem my Club Lilly rewards and offers during the Lilly Sunshine Sale?
No. Club Lilly rewards ($10 point & referral rewards) and offers (including birthday treat, tailoring credits, enrollment anniversary) may not be redeemed during the Sunshine Sale, and your available rewards and offers will be temporarily disabled during the limited time of the sale. However, you will be able to earn points on your Sunshine Sale purchase(s) that will count toward future rewards (remember to log in!). Your available rewards and offers will reappear when the sale concludes.
Will I see my Club Lilly points immediately after a Sunshine Sale purchase?
It can take up to 72 hours after an order ships for points to show up in your Club Lilly account. Due to the high order volume of Sunshine Sales, it may take longer than usual for your order to ship (up to 5 weeks) so points activity may take longer to reflect in your Club Lilly dashboard.
How do I ensure that I am earning Club Lilly points on my Sunshine Sale purchases?
Entering your email to access the sale does not log you in to the site so ensure you are enrolled in Club Lilly and signed into your Lilly Pulitzer online account linked to your member profile before checking out. If you are not signed into your Club Lilly account when making a purchase, we are unable to track the transaction as a loyalty purchase and you will not receive points.
What's your return policy on Sale items?
All Lilly Sunshine Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
How should I choose my size?
We know buying final sale product online can be tricky. To make it easier, we recommend referencing our updated size guide, reading product reviews, and checking product details for any variances on product fit. We’ve also added a blog post on sizing and fit.
Can I purchase non-sale merchandise during the Sale?
Yes. You can purchase directly from our website as you normally would. However, expedited shipping will not be available on non-sale merchandise.
What is a Signature Store?
Signature Stores are independently owned and operated while offering a complete Lilly shopping experience.
My size sold out before I could check out – is there any way I can track it down somewhere else?
Product sells quickly during the Sunshine Sale. If your size is sold out online, you can text your local Lilly Pulitzer Store, contact a Signature Store, or search other retailers who carry Lilly Pulitzer to see if they still have it in stock.

An item in your tote is not reserved. You must completely check out and pay before the product becomes unavailable to other shoppers. Due to high order volume, inventory availability is not guaranteed. You can easily check your order status by clicking "Order Status" at the bottom of our website. Can I receive a price adjustment if I recently purchased a full price item that is now included in the Sale?
We offer price adjustments via Customer Service for full price
items that were purchased within 7 days of a markdown; please contact
service@lillypulitzer.com or call 1.888.725.4559 for assistance. Only purchases made at lillypulitzer.com or at one of our corporate store locations are eligible for a price adjustment. If a discount or promotional code was applied to a prior purchase, it is ineligible for any further markdowns or price adjustments. Customer Service is not able to facilitate price adjustments for store purchased items. Please contact your purchasing store if a price adjustment is required.
I just placed an order, but I want to change a size or color. How can I do that?
Changes or amendments cannot be made to sale products on orders that have already been placed. Please check your order thoroughly before you confirm your purchase.
When will my credit card be charged for my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, you're seeing a pre-authorization hold. We won't charge your card until your order has left our fulfillment center. This pre-authorization hold acts as a placeholder to ensure there are adequate funds in your account before your items are sent out. You will be charged as items ship. Please note, if items ship in multiple packages, you will see charges for each item/shipment. For more information on how you will be charged, click

Can I use an international credit card to make my purchase?

Shipping is free with your $25+ purchase! Any purchases under $25 will have a FedEx Ground Shipping fee of $5. Expedited shipping is not available for any merchandise during the Sale period.
How long will it take for my order to process and ship?
Due to high order volume, it may take longer than usual to process your order. You will receive an order confirmation email within a few hours of placing your order. However, it may take up to 5 weeks to process and ship your order. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once your package leaves our facility. If you have received tracking information your package has left our facility. Additionally, orders may ship in multiple packages and result in separate shipping confirmations. Please check all your personal information; Lilly Pulitzer® is not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses.
Can I ship to an international address?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time.
Can I reroute my order to a different address after it has shipped?
While we try our best to accommodate reroute requests, reroutes initiated by Lilly Pulitzer are not guaranteed. We recommend requesting a reroute directly with FedEx via FedEx Delivery Manager for customers who need to reroute their package once in transit. Sign up for a free FedEx Delivery Manager account to change a delivery address, schedule a delivery time, request a vacation hold, sign for a package, hold at a FedEx location, and/or provide delivery instructions.
