Here’s exactly how the magic happens at our Custom Shift Shop:

STEP ONE: Book Your Experience (or Just Walk In!)

We always recommend booking an appointment so you can enjoy uninterrupted styling time, but it’s not required. Walk‑ins are always welcome, and our team is happy to guide you through creating your dream shift.

STEP TWO: Choose Your Silhouette & Perfect Your Fit

You’ll begin by selecting from three classic shift silhouettes:

• Gabby: a V‑neck front
• Mila Sleeveless: a scooped neckline on both the front and back
• Mila Short Sleeve: the same beloved Mila neckline with sleeves

Each style comes in short or maxi length.

To find your perfect fit, you’ll try on our navy fit shells, and our team will tailor the length to your liking.

STEP THREE: Pick Your Archival Vintage Print

This season, you can design your shift using one of four newly released vintage prints from 1960—exclusive, iconic, and rich with Lilly heritage.

Archival Print Spotlights:

• Day Lillies (1960)
• Soft and dreamy, this vertical print of yellow and pink spotted tiger lilies seems to float atop an oceanic teal backdrop.
• Jo Anne (1960)
• The ultimate throwback print, this mix of big, fluffy flowers and delicate daisies looks as vibrant as it did in 1960. We love its high-contrast combination of deep, rusty orange, hot pink, and black.
• Klips (1960)
• You'll find a little bit of everything in this wild patch! Search among the fun patterns to spot mermaids, lions, horses, giraffes, daisies, lily of the valley blooms, suns, tigers, fish, and shells.
• Tootsie (1960)
• A field of petite five-petal flowers serves as the backdrop for this gorgeous vertical floral, featuring pastel purple tulips as they open from bud to bloom.

STEP FOUR: Add Your Signature Lace Touch

No custom shift is complete without lace! It's the finishing detail that makes a Lilly shift iconic. Choose between:

• White lace for a crisp, classic finish
• Gold lace for a touch of Palm Beach shine

Add as much or as little lace as you’d like to your silhouette.

STEP FIVE: Your Dress Is Hand‑Finished in Palm Beach

Once your selections are made, our Worth Avenue team assembles your custom design and sends it to our talented Palm Beach seamstress where your creation is brought to life.
