The Lilly Pulitzer brand started with one incredible woman who had the courage to find her joy and create her own sunshine. Our founder was a true original with the confidence to stand out in a crowd and the humility to pull it off. Casual, comfortable, and chic, her iconic style became the foundation of American Resort Wear. More than 65 years later, the zest is yet to come as we carry on the timeless tradition of making women feel as good as they look.

Philanthropy & sustainability

Lilly once said, “If you haven’t any charity in your heart, then you have the worst kind of heart trouble.” We proudly carry on her legacy of giving through local and nationwide philanthropic efforts, including our Prints with Purpose program, which has raised more than $600,000 for our charitable partners since 2017.

In addition, we’re shaping a brighter future for our community and our planet through ongoing sustainability initiatives. Supported by our employees, our supply chain, and our customers, we’re working to select more responsible materials, reduce resource use, divert waste from landfills, and partner with suppliers who meet our social responsibility program requirements.
