We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, though edits may not be possible once an order is submitted. Once your order has shipped there is little we can do to modify it. However, FedEx Delivery Manager offers a free program for customizing your delivery options. Sign up for free at FedEx.com to change delivery address, schedule a delivery time, request a vacation hold, sign for package, hold at a FedEx location and provide delivery instructions.
Due to high order volume, it may take longer than usual to process your order. You will receive an order confirmation email within a few hours of placing your order. However, it may take 7-10 days to process and ship your order. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once your package leaves our facility. If you have received tracking information, your package has left our facility. Additionally, orders may ship in multiple packages and result in separate shipping confirmations. Please check all your personal information; Lilly Pulitzer® is not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses. Please note: all orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery.
We offer price adjustments for full-price items purchased within 7 days of a markdown—contact Customer Service at service@lillypulitzer.com or 1.888.725.4559 for online purchases or reach out to the purchasing store directly for in-store items. Only purchases made at lillypulitzer.com or at one of our corporate store locations are eligible for a price adjustment. If a discount or promotional code was applied to a prior purchase, it is ineligible for any further markdowns or price adjustments.

No. Club Lilly rewards ($10 point & referral rewards) and offers (including birthday treat, tailoring credits, enrollment anniversary) may not be redeemed during the sale, and your available rewards and offers will be temporarily disabled during the limited time of the sale. However, you will be able to earn points on your sale purchase(s) that will count toward future rewards (remember to log in!). Your available rewards and offers will reappear when the sale ends.
