Retail Store Return Policy

Lilly Pulitzer® Retail stores will gladly accept returns of any unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise, with original tags attached, when accompanied by an original Lilly Pulitzer® Retail store sales receipt. Swimwear must also have the hygienic liner intact. Personalized or tailored items cannot be returned. A valid, officially-issued ID is required for all returns (driver’s license or government ID, for example).

For items returned with a receipt within 30 days from the date of purchase, the original method of payment will be refunded for the amount paid (cash refunds over $250 will be issued a mailed check from the corporate office). If a credit card was used as the original payment method, the same credit card will be required to process the refund. For items returned with a receipt after 30 days and up to 90 days, a store credit for the price paid will be issued. This includes gift receipts.

No returns will be accepted after 90 days from the date of purchase.

Returns that were not originally purchased in a Lilly Pulitzer® Retail store will be issued a Lilly Pulitzer® store credit for either the price paid in the original store or the current Lilly Pulitzer® selling price, whichever is lower. Additionally, Lilly Pulitzer® Retail store returns are not accepted at department or specialty store locations.

No returns will be accepted after 90 days from the date of purchase.

Lilly Pulitzer® free gifts with purchase received should accompany returns in order to receive a refund to the original form of payment. If free gifts with purchase are not returned, a refund in the form of a Lilly Pulitzer® gift card will be issued. Exchanges will not require the gifts to accompany the return.

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash on demand except as may be required by applicable state laws.
