Reserve & try in store

You can reserve up to 10 of your favorite items to try before you buy! Here's how it works:

  • 1. Browse on our mobile app, find your favorites, and add them to your virtual Fitting Room (commitment free).
  • 2. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your items are ready to try on in your local store.
  • 3. Notify the store team when you arrive, and our expert stylists will set you up in a fitting room to try on your favorites (and more)!
  • 4. Download the Lilly App today to start your virtual Fitting Room.

Buy online pick up in store

Make shopping seamless with the option to pick up your Lilly purchase at a nearby store. Here's how it works:

  • 1. Order online: Shop the styles you love! Choose your color and size, then click “Pick Up In Store” and select your store location.
  • 2. Wait for your order pickup email: We’ll let you know when your order is ready for pickup via email. Please note: your items are ready to pick up only after you have received this confirmation email.
  • 3. Head to your store & pick up your order: A store associate will be able to help once you arrive. Just head to the register and show your order pickup email. Orders should be picked up within 48 hours of receiving the order pickup email.

We offer complimentary gift wrap when shopping in-store, as well as a gift concierge to make finding the perfect present more convenient.

Gift wrap & shipping: Add a little sunshine with our complimentary and colorful in-store gift wrap service. P.S. we ship!
